For more than 25 years, our studio has been a place where children, teens, and adults have discovered confidence, creativity, lifelong friendships, and a love for the performing arts.

What began as a local dance studio has grown into something much bigger.

In 2026, a new chapter began when longtime teacher and owner of Agoura Hills Dance, Forest Roy, partnered with entertainment entrepreneur Ramey Shippen Soto to create IV League Studios—a modern performing arts studio where dance, theatre, music, performance, and creativity come together under one roof.

Forest has dedicated her life to teaching and inspiring dancers throughout the Conejo Valley. Since beginning her teaching career in 1998, she has helped thousands of students build confidence, discipline, and a genuine love for movement. After becoming owner of the studio in 2018, she continued building a welcoming community where every student feels valued and encouraged.

Ramey brings decades of experience from the entertainment industry as a touring performer, tour manager, and founder of RSS Travel, a global entertainment travel company serving some of the world's biggest artists, productions, and creative professionals. Her passion for creating unforgettable experiences and opening doors to the entertainment world brings exciting new opportunities to IV League Studios.

Together, Forest and Ramey share one vision:

To create a studio where every student—whether dancing for fun, training seriously, discovering theatre, preparing for auditions, or simply looking for a place to belong—feels seen, supported, challenged, and celebrated.

Today, IV League Studios offers much more than dance classes. We are building a vibrant performing arts community with programs in dance, theatre, acting, musical theatre, workshops, camps, performance opportunities, competition teams, and professional industry experiences designed to inspire the next generation of artists and performers.
